Tariff Quota

Quotas in the Customs Tariff in Bosnia and Herzegovina have been opened in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Stabilization and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the applicable Protocol, as well as the Free Trade Agreement between the countries of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA State) and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina has made two decisions on the management of tariff quotas and, according to them, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina carries out the allocation of tariff quotas.
