The aforementioned documents are issued in accordance with the Law on Control of Foreign Trade of Dual-Use Goods "Official Gazette of BiH", No. 53/16), Lists of dual-use goods ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 9/17 and the Instruction on the conditions and procedure for issuance of documents in foreign trade of dual-use goods ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 12/17).

Drug precursors

- Licenses for performing activities with precursors (production, trade, use)
- Import, export and shipment permits

Licences for carrying out activities with precursors listed in Table IV: Precursors (Substances that can be used in the production of narcotic drugs) ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 8/06 and 103/08) are issued in accordance with the Law on Prevention and Suppression of Abuse of Narcotic Drugs ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 8/06).

Licenses for import, export and transit of precursors are issued in accordance with the Law on the Prevention and Suppression of Abuse of Narcotic Drugs ("Official Gazette of BiH No. 8/06).

Implementation of the Convention on the probihition of chemical weapons (CWC)

Delivery of data for activities with chemicals from the CWC Chemicals Annex is carried out in accordance with the Law on the Implementation of the Convention on the Prohibition of Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 15/06 and 72/13) and the Instruction on the obligation and scope of data delivery for activities with chemicals in the Annex on chemicals.
