The entry into the Register of Representative Offices of Foreign Persons in Bosnia and Herzegovina, amendments to the data entered in the Register, deletion from the Registry, issuance of certificates of entry into the Register is done on the basis of the Law on Foreign Trade Policy of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 7 / 98 and 35/04) and the Decision on the Establishment and Operation of Representations of Foreign Persons in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 15/03).
