Registration of legal entities for conducting foreign trade in weapons, military equipment and special purpose goods

All persons engaged in foreign trade in goods and services listed in the Common List of Arms and Military Equipment and Special Purpose Goods Lists must be registered in the appropriate Registries kept in the Ministry.

The procedure of registration, the procedure of deleting from the Registry and the issuance of a Decision on the entry into the Register of persons in foreign trade in weapons, military equipment and special purpose goods is performed in accordance with the Law on Control of Weapons, Military Equipment and Special Purpose Goods ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 53/16) and the Ordinance on keeping a Register of persons in foreign trade in weapons, military equipment and special purpose goods ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 68/17).
