In accordance with the Decision on the Classification of Goods on the Export and Import Regime ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 22/98, 30/02, 40/02, 20/05, 16/08, 54/08 and 4/13), decisions on the use of forms of export of goods (permanent and temporary) are issued based on the license "D" – artefacts within the Department for Foreign Trade Policy, Control and Protective Measures, 

Licenses for the export of sugar are issued within the implementation of the European Commission Regulation concerning the allocated quota for duty-free exports of sugar from Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Union.
